Eligibility & Scope
- Open to individuals, collectives, and registered organisations with demonstrated contributions of sustained significance (typically a minimum of five years).
- Eligibility extends to Indian citizens and registered Indian organisations; NRIs and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) with demonstrable international contributions are also eligible.
- Submissions should evidence measurable societal impact and alignment with national priorities.
Core Selection Parameters
- Originality and scholarly or practical merit of the contribution within the relevant domain.
- Documented societal impact, including demonstrable outcomes, implementation, or benefits to communities.
- Contribution to national development goals, sustainability, and ethical practice.
- Evidence of innovation, replicability, and potential for scale or wider adoption.
Integrity and Ethics
Nominees must demonstrate adherence to ethical standards, transparency, and professional integrity in their work.
