Open to individuals, collectives, and registered organisations with demonstrated contributions of sustained significance (typically a minimum of five years).
Eligibility extends to Indian citizens and registered Indian organisations; NRIs and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) with demonstrable international contributions are also eligible.
Submissions should evidence measurable societal impact and alignment with national priorities.

Originality and scholarly or practical merit of the contribution within the relevant domain.
Documented societal impact, including demonstrable outcomes, implementation, or benefits to communities.
Contribution to national development goals, sustainability, and ethical practice.
Evidence of innovation, replicability, and potential for scale or wider adoption.

Nominees must demonstrate adherence to ethical standards, transparency, and professional integrity in their work.
